When you access the website, your browser sends technically necessary information to the web server. This landing page is delivered through Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and/or Google LLC, USA. Delivery takes place through Google’s global content delivery network, so processing may also occur on servers outside Germany and the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Google processes the data required to deliver and securely operate the website on our behalf pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, under the data processing terms provided by Google.

We additionally use INWX GmbH, Prinzessinnenstrasse 30, 10969 Berlin, Germany, as the registrar for our domain. This processing is limited to the domain registrant’s registration data and does not involve any data from website visitors.

Data is disclosed to other recipients only where permitted or required by law, where necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or where you have consented. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, in particular by Google, we ensure that the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR are in place, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Google’s data processing terms.

If you contact us by email, we process your contact details, the content of your message, and the accompanying data required to handle it. Providing this data is voluntary; without the necessary information, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.

If your enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully handled and there are no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for further retention, such as the defence of legal claims. We may use technical service providers acting under our instructions to operate email services.
